ถ้าต้องการย้ายโดเมนมาอยู่กับทาง Ready-email.com เพื่อรับสิทธิพิเศษฟรีค่าจดทะเบียนโดเมน ให้ทำตามขั้นตอน ดังนี้
1. แจ้งกับทางผู้จดทะเบียนเดิมว่าต้องการทำการย้ายโดเมน ให้ช่วยปลดล๊อคโดเมน และส่ง ‘Authorization Code’ ให้ด้วย
2. หลังจากทางผู้จดเดิมทำการ Request Authorization Code ให้เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ท่านจะได้รับอีเมล Authorization Code จากทางหน่วยงานกลางจากต่างประเทศ
3. ให้แจ้งรหัสดังกล่าวให้กับทางเจ้าหน้าที่ Ready-email.com ที่โทรศัพท์ 02-675-6672 หรือ อีเมล

การย้ายโดเมน และ การย้ายอีเมล์
ท่านไม่จำเป็นต้องทำอะไรต่อเลยหลังจากย้ายโดเมนเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ Ready-email.com จะดำเนินการทุกอย่างให้ทั้งหมด
สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียม
กรณีย้ายเฉพาะโฮส
1. แจ้งผู้จดทะเบียนโดเมนเดิม ให้ “ช่วย Point NS มาที่ ns.ready-email.com และ ns2.ready-email.com”
2. เตรียม username และ password ของ FTP ที่โฮสท์เดิม (กรณีต้องการให้ทาง Ready-email.com ดำเนินเรื่องให้)
กรณีย้ายทั้งโดเมน และโฮส
1. เตรียม username และ password ของ account ที่จดกับผู้จดทะเบียนโดเมนเดิม (กรณีต้องการให้ทาง Ready-email.com ดำเนินเรื่องให้)
2. เตรียม username และ password ของ FTP ที่โฮสเดิม (กรณีต้องการให้ทาง Ready-email.com ดำเนินเรื่องให้) |
